I just want to say something about PGR4 because the game was for sure lost in the Halo 3 hype and other big fall releases.

Being a huge fan of MSR, PGR, PGR2 and PGR3 I was on board with PGR4 from day one. Even though I'm a huge sim racing nut and I too loved my Forza,, Forza 2 etc. I always found room for the Project Gotham Racing series games. I won't talk about past PGR's but PGR3 IMO was the best game you could play along with Call of Duty 2 when the 360 launched. It wasn't the best PGR to date but it was amazing never the less.

Fast forward to last fall to PGR4's release. Even though I did buy it on day one I never really played the game for hours on end. I was to busy with Halo 3, COD4 and the likes. Recently I started to play PGR4 again and I realized that this new PGR is maybe the best one yet. I just can't believe how many people skipped out on this awesome game.

Once you're career starts rolling it becomes clear that PGR4 is in a world of its own. The game is harder than PGR3 ever was, which is good because PGR2 and PGR were no cake walks thus they were regarded as the better games in the series. Anyway, PGR4's graphics are jaw dropping same goes for the sheer amount of content the game offers. Not to mention the ever changing weather conditions from lap to lap. You'll start of the race soaked but by lap 3 or so you'll be racing in a sunny environment. Little touches like that make the game fun and one hell of a racer.

So IMO PGR4 was 2007's sleeper hit if you will. It wasn't really advertised, it didn't sell millions of copies yet it was probably the best PGR to date and maybe even the best racing game on the 360. Please don't miss out on this gem. Pick it up sometime this year because if you won't you'll be missing one of the best racers to date.

I was than wasn't into it. But after awhile the game grew on me and the quality of it all started to shine. It's a great racer and one of the best on the 360.

For sure man. I haven't really played PGR4 online so it should be blast. Hopefully we'll gather up some more people eventually.
